How can I update my plan?
Updating your XPS subscription plan is a straightforward process. Simply navigate to the account settings, then choose the “Billing” sub-menu and click on “Subscription Management.” From there, you can easily update your plan level.
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Certainly! And you will be eligible to receive a refund for any unused postage remaining in your account.
What are sales channels and integrations?
Sales channels are pre-built integrations you can quickly implement on your own. Our friendly customer support staff is also here to help as needed!
- Sales channels include Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, eBay, Walmart, BigCommerce, Wix, Etsy, and more.
We also offer connections to more complex integrations that require implementation support from the XPS Ship customer support team. They include Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite connectivity, ODBC, and REST API.
