How to Void A Shipment With XPS Ship

With XPS Ship you are able to void a shipment for any unused label; if you void a label that was paid from your prepaid balance, the amount you paid will be added back to your balance.

To void a shipment first make your way to the history screen.

Then find the shipment you would like to void. You can always search by name or order number to quickly find it

When located click the upside-down triangle on the left-hand side for the pop-out menu. Go down and choose void shipment. You will see on the right-hand side that it is red and says voided. You should also see that the funds have been placed back into your XPS Ship account.
